What is Kash?
Kash is an app backed by BAC and validated by Visa and Mastercard that allows you to send and receive money quickly, securely, and with no local fees between users. You can also transfer funds to Central America for a low fee, all in real time right from your phone.
Is Kash secure?
Yes. We verify your identity using your personal information, a photo of your ID, a selfie, and your email address. You can also enable biometric security (Face ID or fingerprint) and set up a PIN for every transaction. Additionally, we use a micro-deposit to verify that you are the owner of your account and cards.
Does Kash charge a fee for transfers?
Local transfers are free of charge. Transfers to other Central American countries carry a fee, which you can review in the app before confirming your transaction.
Which countries can I transfer to from Kash?
You can make transfers to any country in Central America: Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, and Nicaragua.
